摘　　要：目的了解青海省西宁市儿童人肠道病毒71型（human enterovirus 71,HEV 71）抗体水平及自然感染状况,为预防控制儿童手足口病传播与流行提供依据。方法于2009年5-8月采集西宁市2个区（县）181名1～6岁儿童血清标本,采用中和试验检测血清HEV71中和抗体,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果儿童HEV 71中和抗体阳性68人,阳性率为37.6%,HEV71中和抗体几何平均滴度水平为1∶16.12;随着年龄的增大,抗体阳性率及几何平均滴度升高,各年龄组抗体阳性率、几何平均滴度差异均有统计学意义（χ^2=41.89,P〈0.05;F=4.94,P〈0.05）;西宁市1～6岁儿童HEV71中和抗体构成以抗体阴性为主。结论西宁市1～6岁儿童尤其是≤3岁儿童是目前手足口病防控的重点人群。Objective To investigate human enterovirus 71（HEV 71） antibody levels and nature infectious status among children in Xi＇ning city,2009,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods Totally 181 serum specimens were colleted from 181 children of 1-6 years old in 2 counties of Xi＇ning city,2009.HEV 71 antibody was detected using neutralization test and the results were analyzed with statistic methods.Results Sixty-eight sera were positive for HEV 71 neutralizing antibody.The positive rate and geometric mean titers（GMT） were 37.6% and 1∶16.12,respectively.The GMT and the positive rate were positively correlated with age with the lowest value among the children of 1 year old.There were significant differences in positive rate and GMT between age groups（χ^2=41.89,P0.05;F=4.94,P0.05）.HEV71 neutralizing antibody was negative among most of children of 1-6 years old in Xi＇ning city.Conclusion It is important to take preventive measures to protect children of 1-6 years old,especially those under 3 years old,from HFMD.
