摘　　要：外语教育政策的价值研究是外语教育政策研究中不容忽视的核心问题,在全球化下,我国必须在政策研究中充分考虑和解决外语教育政策的价值问题,形成有中国特色的外语教育政策价值观。本文通过回顾国内外的外语教育政策价值现状,借助公共政策学和教育政策学理论视角,尝试建构外语教育政策价值分析框架。Policy values play an inevitable key role in foreign language education （FLE） research. In the era of globalization, China should establish its policy values in FLE with Chinese characteristics, based on a full and deep analysis and consideration. This paper first reviews the current literature of policy values in FLE from home and abroad, tries to construct a tentative framework for policy values analysis, in the theoretical perspectives of public policy and educational policy.
