摘 要:以五家渠市为例,结合水资源条件和供用规模、结构及效率综合考虑了节水、污水回用、产业结构调整、新增调水规模等措施,运用GAMS开发了面向多目标、多工程、多水源、多用户的水资源优化配置模型。根据水资源三次平衡的配置思想,利用优化配置模型,通过长系列逐月调解计算,分析了不同情景下各水平年的水资源供需平衡状况,综合节水、治污、供水等层面给出水资源配置方案和配置工程规模,并提出在2015、2020、2030水平年应分别增加引额调水工程调水量0.40×108、0.62×108、1.20×108 m3。Taking Wujiaqu City for an example,combined with water resources conditions and water supply scales,structures and efficiencies,synthetically considering water saving,waste water reuse,industrial structure adjustment and appending water transfer scale,the general mathematical modeling system(GAMS) is applied to establish optimal allocation model of water resources oriented with multi-objective,multi-project,multi-water sources and multiuser.Based on the idea of three-stage equilibrium of water resource allocation,optimal allocation model is used to analyze water resources equilibrium of supply and demand for different scenarios in each level year by monthly routing long series data.At the same time,the model can provide water resources allocation scheme and project scale in water saving,pollution control and water supply.Finally,it puts forward that extra water diversion volume is increased about 40 million cubic meters,62 million cubic meters,and 120 million cubic meters in 2015,2020 and 2030 years,respectively.
