摘　　要：系统根据县级供电企业安全管理具体业务需求而开发,采用拓扑排序确定业务制约关系,采用DES算法对数据加密和第三方验证处理争端,同时运用了asp.net、SQL Server、验证码等技术。系统数据安全可靠,操作简单方便,能够规范供电安全管理,提高工作效率,降低管理成本。This system is developed based on the specific business demand of the country-level power supply enterprise safety management, for determining the restrictive relationship of business using topological sort, encrypting data and the third authentication handing conflict using DES algorithm, simultaneously using asp. net, SQL Server. confirmation code technologies. The data of system is safe and reliable. The system is easy to operate, and can standard the power supply safety management, improve work efficiency and reduce the management cost.
