摘　　要：在分析了军港油库自身需求和特点的基础上,给出了一个基于Web的军港油库油料供应管理系统的实现方案。方案采用MVC设计模式和轻量级J2EE体系架构,利用成熟开源的iBatis框架,并详细阐述了编码输入、刷卡加油和数据通信等关键技术,构建了一套安全稳定、可扩展的分布式应用系统。An implementation solution based on Web is presented by making analysis with the naval depot needs and characteristics of its own characteristics. The MVC design pattern and lightweight J2EE architecture are applied in the solution by the use of mature open source iBatis framework, and it is also elaborated that how to input encoding, fuel card and data communication, and other key technologies, build a safe and stable, scalable distributed application.
