摘　　要：结合国际护理教育的发展趋势,对本科涉外护理专业人才培养方案进行改革,初步构建以护理角色和实践能力为核心的课程体系,突出培养学生在跨文化背景下的沟通能力和工作能力,使学生的知识结构更具实用性和针对性,也更能适应国内外医疗护理市场的需求。This paper shows a reforming program for foreign-concerned nursing speciality in domestic educational mode.Combined with the developing trend of the international nursing education of undergraduate course,the major goal is to construct the core curriculum system to cultivate the students with the nursing role and the practical ability as well as their social skills and operating ability in cross-cultural communication and under the different exotic background.Therefore,the students in all-around quality can adapt to the need of the medical care at home and abroad.
