摘 要:目的研究2型糖尿病与脂联素基因及行为因素的相互关系。方法对上海市浦东新区常住居民中新发糖尿病病人(糖尿病组)及社区正常人群(对照组)各590人进行病例-对照研究,利用单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果脂联素SNP+276三种基因型和等位基因分布差异有统计学意义,糖尿病组中G/G基因型多于对照人群。通过单因素分析显示,SNP+276、职业体力活动、每周锻炼时间、饮酒与糖尿病关系有统计学意义。通过多因素分析显示,职业体力活动、休闲体力活动、每周锻炼时间、饮酒等指标均有统计学意义,其中休闲时体力活动是2型糖尿病的保护因素,同时脂联素SNP+276与每周锻炼时间交互作用有统计学意义,较长锻炼时间能使糖尿病患病风险降低。结论脂联素基因、行为因素均与2型糖尿病有关,同时二者存在交互作用。Objective To study on the relationship of adiponectin gene and environmental factors with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A case-control study with unconditional univariate and multivariate Logistic regression, based on 590 patients with T2DM and 590 healthy controls from community, was carried out in Shanghai Pudong New Area. Results The distribution of SNP +276 genotypes and alleles were significantly different between two groups and G/G genotype in T2DM appeared more frequently than that in healthy population. The result of univariate analysis showed that SNP+276, occupational physical activity, time of physical actions per week and drinking were significantly different. The result of multivariate analysis showed that leisure-time activity, occupational physical activity, time of physical actions per week and drinking were significantly different, and the leisure-time activity was the protective factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus. The interaction between the SNP+276 genotypes and the time of physical actions per week was significant. More time of physical actions could reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion Adiponectin gene and behavior were associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus and had interaction with each other.
