摘　　要：目的了解重性精神疾病管理治疗项目(以下简称"686项目")示范区不同群体对精神卫生知识的知晓程度与差别,为进一步普及精神卫生知识奠定基础。方法以河北省"686项目"城乡2个示范区为调查群体,重点调查社区干部、社区医生、精神疾病患者家属及普通人群,并对4个群体进行调查比较。结果①被调查者总知晓率为56.91%,其中,社区医生知晓率最高,为71.48%,农村普通居民最低,为50.77%;②不同群体比较,知晓率差异有显著性(χ2=353.217,P<0.001);③不同居住地4群体比较,社区干部之间差异有显著性(χ2=3.866,P<0.05),其他3个群体之间差异无显著性(χ2=0.785,0.818,0.351,P>0.05)。结论 "686项目"的实施,提高了社区居民精神卫生知识的知晓程度,特别是接受过培训的社区医生、社区干部,其知晓率明显偏高,对精神卫生工作的普及起到了积极的作用。Objective To learn the degree of awareness about mental health knowledge and the diference among different groups in different demonstration area of re-treatment of mental disease management program（the ＂686 Project＂）,in order to lay the foundation for further popularizing the knowledge of mental health.Methods The two demonstration areas（both urban and rural） of ＂686 Project＂ in Hebei province were regarded as surveyed population,the community cadres,community doctors,relatives of patients with mental illness and the general population were surveyed as key and compared.Results ① The total awareness rate was 56.91%,and that of community physicians was the highest（71.48%）,that of ordinary residents of the rural was the lowest（50.77%）.②The awareness rates of different groups showed significant difference （χ2=353.217,P0.001）.③In four populations of different places of residence,there were significant differences among community cadres（χ2=3.866,P0.05）,the other three groups showed no significant difference（χ2=0.785,0.818,0.351,P0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of ＂686 Project＂ raised the awareness about knowledge of mental health of community residents,in particular,the awareness rates of the trained community doctors and the community cadres were apparently high,which played a positive role in the popularity of mental health.
