摘 要:目的评价分散内观认知疗法的疗效,探讨其对硕士生心理社会功能影响。方法对30名硕士生采用为期4周的分散内观认知疗法,在治疗前后采用情感平衡量表(ABS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、自我和谐量表(SCCS)、容纳他人量表(AO S)和自尊量表(SES)进行前后对照,同时与集中内观认知疗法进行对照比较。结果心理治疗前后的ABS量表正分(t=-3.168,P=0.004)、负分(t=-5.785,P=0.000);PSSS量表的朋友支持分(t=-3.005,P=0.005)、家庭支持分(t=-3.279,P=0.003)、其他支持分(t=-2.242,P=0.033)、总分(t=-3.442,P=0.002);SCCS量表的不和谐分(t=3.494,P=0.002)、灵活性分(t=-2.305,P=0.028)、总分(t=3.264,P=0.003);AO S量表的被他人容纳分值(t=-3.430,P=0.002)均有显著改变;SES量表总分(t=0.635,P=0.530)无显著变化。结论分散内观认知疗法对硕士生情感平衡、领悟社会支持、自我和谐和被他人容纳有显著改善,能显著提高他们的心理社会功能,分散内观认知疗法限制条件少且能达到与集中内观认知疗法相仿的效果,适用于硕士生心理健康的维护和促进,可进一步推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of discontiguous Naikan cognitive therapy on the mental-social function of 30 graduate students.Methods A 4-week discontiguous Naikan cognitive therapy was performed in 30 graduate students and these students were evaluated with Emotional Balance Scale(ABS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Self-Harmony Scale(SCCS) and Accommodate Others Scale(AOS) before and after treatment.The results of the above evaluations were compared.Results The difference in ABS scale positive score and negative score before and after psychological treatment was significant(t=-3.168,P=0.004;t=-5.785,P= 0.000).Before and after Naikan therapy,there were statistical differences in friends-support sub-scale score(t =-3.005,P= 0.005),family-support points(t=-3.279,P=0.003),other supporting points(t=-2.242,P= 0.033) and total score(t=-3.442,P=0.002) of PSSS;the discord points(t=3.494,P=0.002),flexibility of hours(t=-2.305,P=0.028) and total score(t=3.264,P=0.003)of SCCS Scale,and accommodated by others scores of AOS scale(t=-3.430,P=0.002)all obviously changed;the total score of SES scale had no change.Conclusion Discontiguous Naikan cognitive therapy can significantly improve graduate students's emotional balance,perceived social support,self-harmony, and being accommodated by others,and increase the mental-social function and mental health of graduate students,and is warranted further study to validate its efficacy.
