不同层次男护生心理健康状况调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解不同层次男护生的心理健康状况。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对在校64名男护生和100名女护生进行测试。结果与全国大学生常模相比症状自评量表中除恐惧因子明显低于国内常模(t=-3.214,P<0.05)外,其他各因子分无统计学显著差异;与女护生比较,除人际关系、恐惧两项因子分无统计学差异外,其他各项因子分均高于女护生(t=-4.186,P<0.01),其中躯体化、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性因子分明显高于女护生;专科与本科相比,专科男护生在躯体化、强迫、焦虑、恐惧、偏执、精神病性均分均低于本科男护生(t=2.914,P<0.008)。结论男护生的总体心理健康状态较为健康,且专科男护生心理健康状况优于本科男护生,相对而言,女护生的心理健康状况良好。提示教育工作者应着重针对男护生的个别心理症状、不同层次以及不同人格特点,采用个性化的教育咨询方法,以帮助学生维持健康的心态。Objective To understand the mental health of male nursing students with different level.Methods SCL-90 was used to survey the mental health status of 64 male and 100 female nursing students.Results According to SCL-90,compared with the national university students,there was no statistic difference on the factors,except the fear factor to be lower（t=-3.214,P〈0.05） in the male nurse students.Compared with female nurse students,except the two factors（interpersonal relationship and fear）,the other factor scores were higher in the male nurse students（t=-4.186,P〈0.01）,especial in somatization,anxiety,paranoid,stubborn and psychotic factors.Compared with college students of males nurses,the average scores of somatization,obsession and compulsion,anxiety,fear,paranoid and psychotic factors were higher in the university students of male nurses（t=2.914,P〈0.008）.Conclusion The mental heath conditions of the male nurse students are healthy as a whole,and the college students of male nurses are better than the university students,and relatively speaking,the female nurse students are better than the male nurses.The result shows that teachers should pay attention to the mental health of the male nurse students,and introduce individual Education-Consultation-Method in teaching to help them to keep healthy mentality.
