摘  要:应用MSC.Marc弹塑性大变形有限元法,对超薄壁屏蔽套热态气胀校形过程进行三维模拟仿真研究,分析温度、压力和屏蔽套与模具间的间隙对成形精度的影响规律,结果显示温度为500℃、压力为2MPa、间隙为2mm时屏蔽套圆柱度最好,模拟结果为自主制造第三代核主泵屏蔽套选择安全合理的热态气胀校形工艺方案提供了支持。Elasto-plastic FEM for large deformation is used to simulate the hot gas bulging and correction processes of ultra-thin shielding sleeve by MSC. Marc software package in three dimensions. The effects of temperature, pressure and the interval between shielding and die on forming accuracy were analyzed. The results showed that when temperature is 500℃ ,pressure is 2 MPa and the interval is 2ram the cylindricity of the shielding sleeve is best. It's provide a theoretical basis for choosing a safe and reasonable process plan of creating the third generation of shielding sleeve of nuclear main pump independently.
