煤矿用悬臂式纵轴掘进机截割头截齿布置研究

摘　　要：对煤矿用掘进机截割头截齿布置进行研究,用等螺旋升角螺旋线布置截齿,综合考虑截割头运动工况以及煤岩的性质,求取截割头的最佳截线间距,根据截齿切削面积相等原则确定截齿的截线数,最终给出确定截齿最佳分布的方法。针对具体的某掘进机截割头,采用给出的方法进行了布齿分析与计算。Is an effort to study on the arrangement pick of the mining using longitudinal cutting head, using two equal-rise-angle spiral lines to distribute the picks, considering both the excavating conditions and the character of the coal to determine the optimal line spacing and based on the equal area of the piece section to seek for the number of the pick lines. At last, working out the arrangement of the picks. Finally, using the method putting forward to solve the pick arrangement of a cutting head.
