全球价值链视域下的中华武术对外发展战略思考

摘　　要：武术的科学研究归根结蒂是传承与发展研究。从全球价值链的理论视角出发,通过文献资料调研、逻辑推理等方法,结合武术发展实际,提出中华武术国际发展的战略思考。研究认为,全球化的时代需要有全球化的理性思维,武术的对外发展如同商品的推广一样,既要有高远的发展理念,还需构建科学系统的全球化发展战略。武术的国际发展是一项综合性文化工程,它的有效推广应该在国务院协调小组的领导下,由国家体育总局牵头,由教育部、文化部、财政部等相关部委积极配合参与的国家级行为。The martial arts scientific research in the final analysis is the heritage and development research.Based on the theory of global value chain perspective,through the method of literature review,logical reasoning,combining the martial arts development reality,this paper proposed the Chinese martial arts strategic thinking toward to foreign countries.It points out that the era of globalization needs globalization of rational thinking,martial arts towards to foreign countries as commodity promoted as should have both a lofty development idea,still need to construct a scientific system of globalization development strategy chain.Martial arts towards to foreign countries is a comprehensive cultural project,its effective promotion should be under the leadership of the state council coordination group,led by state sport general administration,the ministry of education,ministry of culture,the ministry of finance related ministries to cooperate actively participate in national behavior.
