摘 要:采用等离子体处理接枝和共混纺丝2种方法将肝素修饰到静电纺丝素纳米纤维支架上,通过扫描电镜和X射线光电子能谱测定和表征修饰效果,并对修饰前后丝素纳米纤维支架进行血小板黏附实验和体外抗凝血实验。结果表明:通过等离子体处理接枝和共混纺丝2种方法均可较好地将肝素修饰到丝素纳米纤维支架上;经肝素修饰后的丝素纳米纤维支架的凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间和凝血酶时间显著高于纯丝素纳米纤维支架;未经修饰的纤维支架上出现血小板黏附、凝聚现象,而经肝素修饰后的丝素纤维支架上未出现上述现象。The electrospun silk fibroin nanofibrous scaffolds were modified with heparin by grafting after plasma treatment and blending electrospinning.The effect of the modification was evaluated by means of SEM and XPS.Platelet adhesion tests and in vitro coagulative time tests were carried out on the silk fibroin nanofibrous scaffolds before and after modification.The results showed that the heparin was successfully introduced to the silk fibroin nanofibrous scaffolds by both two kinds of modification.In vitro coagulative time tests showed that the APTT,PT and TT of the heparin-modified scaffolds were significantly higher than that of the pure silk fibroin scaffolds.Platelet adhesion and aggregation was found on the pure silk fibroin scaffolds.However,it could not be seen on the heparin-modified scaffolds.
