摘  要:针对空冷凝汽器翅片的流动和传热问题,利用Fluent软件模拟扁平管蛇形翅片表面的空气流动传热过程,采用标准k-ε模型和速度压力耦合的Simple算法,得到翅片表面温度、传热量以及进、出口压力等数据,从而得出了管外空气平均对流传热系数、流动损失、无量纲表面传热系数j、阻力系数f及j/f随不同翅片高度的变化规律,综合评价翅片的传热性能。Numerical simulation was carried out to the flow and heat transfer outside flat wave-finned tubes using Fluent software,following which relevant data were obtained using standard k-ε model and Simple velocity-pressure coupling algorithm,such as the surface temperature,flux of heat exchange,inlet and outlet pressure etc.Hence the variation law of the average convective heat-transfer coefficient of air outside the tubes,the flow loss,the non-dimensional surface heat-transfer coefficient j,the resistance coefficient f,as well as the ratio of j/f with the fin height is obtained,and thus the heat transfer performance is comprehensively evaluated.
