摘  要:针对S109FA机组中汽轮机在运行10 000 h后出现带负荷能力下降的情况进行了研究和分析,先后排除了高压主汽联合阀MSCV滤网堵塞、阀芯脱落等因素,根据试验数据,并运用排除法最后确认原因为高压缸内通流面积减小,通流受阻,导致机组不能带到额定负荷。并提出了预防监测的措施。The load-carrying capacity of a S109FA power turbine began to drop after10 000h operation.In order to solve above problem,experimental tests and analyses were carried out,during which probable factors,such as blockage in high-pressure main steam control valve and falling-off of valve disc,were all excluded.Based on experimental data and using exclusive method,the causes were finally determined as the reduced area of flow passage inside high-pressure cylinder,which resulted in blocked flow path and subsequently lowered load-carrying capacity of the unit.Precautionary measures are put forward for solving the problem.
