摘　　要：采用电荷模拟法对依照 Ｃｈａｎｇ 造型设计的一种 Ｔ Ｅ Ａ Ｃ Ｏ２激光器放电电极的三维电场分布进行计算分析，找到电极表面场强相对于设定均匀场强的最大偏差及其位置，为进一步获得均匀场电极的造型提供了依据。Electrical field of a couple of TEA CO 2 laser electrodes based on Chang’s profile is calculated in Charge Simulation Method, and the locations with maximum departure from expected uniformity of that field are found, which provide significant reference for designing new electrodes with more uniform field.
