摘　　要：通过报告2例患者临床使用门冬胰岛素30注射液出现的全身性过敏反应,分析其不良反应的发生机制、特点和处理措施,提醒医务人员门冬胰岛素30注射液在使用过程中有发生全身性过敏反应可能,要注意及时识别及处理。Two cases of general allergic reaction caused by insulin aspart-30 injection were reported.The pathogenesis,characteristics and treatment measures of the adverse reaction were also discussed.It is concluded that insulin aspart-30 injection may cause general allergic reaction and medical staff should pay attention to identify and treat promptly.
