规则改变对古典式摔跤技战术发展的影响

摘　　要：通过国际摔跤联合会对古典式摔跤规则修改前的2008年奥运会和修改后的2009年全国运动会比较,结果:1)规则修改后,参赛运动员在比赛中使用动作和得分能力有所下降,但使用动作的成功率有所提高;参赛运动员在90 s站立摔过程中比分取得优势后,30 s跪撑摔的积极性大大下降;2)规则修改后,参赛运动员站立动作使用的比例增加,逼迫对手出界成为站立主要得分手段;跪撑反抱技术动作的使用比例大大下降,抱腰滚桥成为最主要得分手段;3)规则修改后,站立逼迫对手出界和跪撑主动出界成为常用的空间战术;比赛攻防节奏有所下降,但攻防成功率有所提高。建议:我国古典跤运动员及时应对摔跤竞赛规则的变化,充分发展和提高逼迫对手出界和抱腰滚桥这两大关键技术,在比赛中达到技术与战术的一体性化,在重点级别形成高水平的竞争群体,才有可能在重大国际比赛中有更大作为和更大突破。The aim of the present study was to research on the differences of techniques and Tactics of Greco-Roman between 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and 2009 National Games with the modifications of the Rules in 2009 by FILA.Result：1） Holds and points decreased and success ratio increased after the modified rules were used.Holds and points decreased obviously during 30 seconds wrestling in ＂par terre＂ position after winning more points during 90 seconds wrestling in standing position.2） Less pulling-trunk holds from opposite position were in ＂par terre＂ position,and more rolling bridges from rolling waist were used.3） Forcing opponent to protection area in standing position and going to protection area in ＂par terre＂ position were the commonly used tactics after the rules were modified.The holds of offence and defense decreased and the success ratio of offence and defense increased.It suggests that our Greco-Roman wrestlers should cope with the modifications of the rules,paid more attentions on forcing opponent to protection area in standing position and rolling bridges from rolling waist in ＂par terre＂ position,increase the number of wrestlers and promoted performance in some categories.
