摘　　要：紧身装备作为当今高科技运动装备之一,已经被越来越多的运动员和体育爱好者所青睐,它在维持肌肉功能、减少运动损伤、提高运动能力方面的作用,令其成为21世纪功能性运动装备领域的研究热点。运用文献资料调研、统计分类的方法,归纳了半个多世纪以来国内外紧身装备的研究和应用现状。结果发现,近年来,无论是国外还是国内均加大了针对紧身装备的科研探索,主要涉及的学科领域包括生理生化、生物力学、运动医学、材料学以及结构设计等。同时一系列有关紧身衣、裤、袜的研究表明,紧身装备确实对运动员力量的输出、疲劳的表现以及内在肌肉功能产生了积极的影响,但其中蕴含的机制仍需进一步探索。此外,到现在为止国内尚没有系统开展对于运动紧身衣裤的研究,同样限制了国人对于紧身装备内在机制的理解。未来紧身装备的研究将会更多地致力于在选择更理想的紧身材料的基础上,针对肌肉(或软组织)振动特性的影响,特别是在本体感觉、神经肌肉控制以及在预防运动损伤、提高运动能力、促进大众健身等方面进行更深层次的探究。The utilization of sports compression equipments has widely attracted the attention of researchers with the need to maintain muscle functions,reduce sport injuries,and improve athletic performance.It has become a heated issue in research field of sportswear since the beginning of the new century.Methods of literature review,logic analysis and mathematical statistics were used to analyze the study of compression garments from hardcopy journals and online databases.Although a series of studies showed the benefits of compression garments on strength production,fatigue,and muscle functions,however,the underlying mechanisms have not been confirmed yet.Moreover,no systematic studies referring compression research have been conducted in China,which also restricts native people from getting a further understanding about the potential mechanism of compression apparel.Based on more advanced compression materials,future study of compression garments will focus on the vibration characteristics of soft tissue,proprioceptive sense,neuromuscular control,injury prevention,performance enhancement,and public fitness.
