摘　　要：目的分析朝觐人群突发公共卫生事件应急处理特殊点,以提高在朝觐期间该特殊人群的突发公共卫生事件的处置能力。方法通过分析近几年朝觐人群突发公共卫生事件卫生检疫应急处理工作经验,总结朝觐人群突发公共卫生事件处理特点。结果注重朝觐人群突发公共卫生事件处理特殊点,能最大限度地减少突发公共卫生事件对朝觐人群的影响,保障朝觐人群身心健康。结论朝觐是一项政治性、政策性强的跨国群众性涉外宗教活动,其规模大,人数多,做好朝觐人群突发公共卫生事件应急处理十分关键的,对落实党的民族宗教政策有重大意义。Objective To improve public health emergency response capacity among this special group during pilgrimage period by analyzing the special points of public health emergency response among pilgrims. Methods Summarize its characteristics by studying working experiences of public health emergency response among pilgrims in the past years. Results Through focusing on special points when dealing with public health emergency among pilgrims, we can minimize its influence on them and protect their physical and mental health. Conclusion Pilgrimage is a politically transnational religious activity. In consideration of its scale and large population involved, it is critical to response to public health emergency properly and carry out national ethnic and religious policies.
