天津市外商投资企业后向关联影响因素分析

摘　　要：国内外研究表明,FDI对国内企业的技术溢出主要体现在上下游的垂直关联层面而不是水平层面,因此,如何利用FDI的后向关联推动企业创新能力的发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。对天津市外商投资企业进行问卷调查,采用Logistic回归,对影响外资企业与本地供应商建立后向关联的因素进行检验。结果显示主要影响因素有内资企业的产品质量、内资企业的信誉、东道国贸易开放程度、知识产权保护程度、投资来源地和所属行业。The study at home and abroad presents that FDI enterprises＇ technology spillovers are mainly embodied in the vertical linkage levels,not horizontal levels.It has theoretical and practical significance how to make use of backward linkages of FDI to promote local enterprises＇ innovation capability.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey to FDI enterprises in Tianjin,and used logistic regression to examine the impact factors of FDI enterprises set up backward linkages with local suppliers.Results showed that the main factors are domestic enterprises＇ product quality,the credibility of domestic enterprises,the host country trade openness,the degree of protection of intellectual property rights,investment country and the characteristic of industry.
