摘 要:目的:探讨满意度攻关在中医特色护理服务中的应用。方法:选取接受中医特色护理服务的1 400名患者,采用数字表法随机分为攻关组和对照组各700例,对照组实施中医特色护理服务,攻关组除中医特色护理服务外,同时积极实施满意度攻关措施和攻关重点护理措施。结果:2组满意率比较攻关组明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:满意度攻关对开展中医特色护理服务起到了很好的促进作用,患者的满意率得到了显著的提升。Objective:To explore the use of satisfaction degree development in TCM-characterized nursing.Methods:Selected 1,400 patients who received care TCM features.By number table,patients randomly divided into research group and control group of 700 cases.The control group received TCM-characterized nursing,and research group received characteristics of nursing services,in addition,also received satisfaction measures and research focus of nursing research.Results:Through comparison of satisfaction,research group was significantly better than the control group,there was significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The research on satisfaction with care services to carry out Chinese characteristics,has played a good role in promoting the patient's satisfaction rate.
