从财务角度研究高职校内“工学结合”模式的可持续发展——基于南京工程高等职业学校旅游专业校内实训基地的分析

摘　　要：新型高职校内"工学结合"实训模式的特点是变消耗性为生产性,集实习、创业为一体。其可持续发展,不仅需要观念上的突破、流程上的完善,更需要全面的财务指导。笔者基于对南京工程高等职业学校旅游专业校内实训基地——食尚餐厅的运营情况分析,主要从财务战略和成本控制两个方面论证该模式的可持续发展。The character of ＂combination of work and study＂ mode in vocational school is to change consumption into production and integrate training and entrepreneurship into a whole. The sustainable development of the mode needs conceptual breakthrough, process improvement, and more of comprehensive financial guidance. Based on the analysis of operation of the restaurant as an in-school practice base for tourism management students of Nanjing Engineering Vocational College, the article demonstrates the sustainable development of the model from the financial strategy and cost control.
