复方龙葵胶囊联合非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压患者血压昼夜节律紊乱的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方龙葵胶囊联合非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压患者血压昼夜节律紊乱的临床疗效。方法:将80例高血压患者均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规抗高血压药物治疗,即每日早餐前给予非洛地平缓释片5mg,qd;治疗组在对照组基础上加服复方龙葵胶囊,每次4粒,tid。2组疗程均为4周。采用无创性动态血压监测仪24h监测其血压昼夜节律变化。结果:治疗组高血压患者的血压恢复杓型节律,并且有效降压,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:复方龙葵胶囊联合非洛地平缓释片可有效改善高血压患者的血压昼夜节律,安全性较好。To observe the clinical efficacy of Felodipine sustained-release tablets combined with Compound solanum nigrum capsules in the treatment of circadian rhythm of abnormal blood pressure in hypertension patients. METHODS： 80 hypertension patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for 40 patients each group. Both groups were given conventional therapy of antihypertensive drug. Treatment group was additionally given Compound solarium nigrum capsules four pills each time, three times a day. 2 groups were treated for ten days in one period of treatment. The change of circadian rhythm of blood pressure was monitored by 24 h blood pressure level. RESULTS ： The blood pressure of hypertension patients in the treatment group returned into dipper rhythm and blood pressure reduced effectively. Compared with control group, there was significant differences （P〈0.05）. There was no obvious side effect in 2 groups. CONCLUSION： Felodipine sustained-release tablets combined with Compound solanum nigrum capsules can improve circadian rhythm of abnormal blood pressure in hypertension patients safely and effectively.
