复方甘草酸苷联合左氧氟沙星及多西环素治疗慢性布氏杆菌病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合左氧氟沙星及多西环素治疗慢性布氏杆菌病的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性布氏杆菌病患者192例,随机分为治疗组(100例)和对照组(92例),治疗组采用复方甘草酸苷联合左氧氟沙星及多西环素治疗,对照组只用左氧氟沙星和多西环素治疗。3周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率为93.00%;对照组治愈率为71.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.80,P<0.01)。治疗组不良反应发生率为7.0%,对照组为24.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.61,P<0.01)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合左氧氟沙星及多西环素治疗慢性布氏杆菌病疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床进一步研究。To investigate the therapeutic effect of Compound glycyrrhizin combined with levofloxacin and doxy- cycline in the treatment of chronic brucellosis. METHODS： 192 patients with chronic brucellosis were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. Treatment group were given oral dose of Compound glycyrrhizin combined with levo- floxacin and doxycycline, while control group were given levofloxacin and doxycycline to observe the clinical efficacy. One course of treatment was 3 weeks. After 2 course would evaluate the effect. RESULTS： Of 100 cases in treatment group, the cure rate was 93.00% ; Of 92 cases in control group, the cure rate was 71.0%. There was significant difference between 2 groups （X^2=9.80, P〈 0.01）. ADR incidence of treatment group was 7.0%, which decreased significantly, compared with control group of 24.0% （X^2= 4.61, P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION： Compound glycyrrhizin combined with levofloxacin and doxycycline is a new and effective treatment method for chronic brucellosis.
