摘　　要：丙型病毒性肝炎由丙型肝炎病毒感染所致。HCV感染呈全球性分布,我国是高流行地区,其所具有较高的慢性化程度使之成为威胁人类健康的重要疾病。近年来,报道了很多丙型肝炎病毒的相关研究,本文主要讨论HCV包膜蛋白的结构、免疫状况及疫苗研究实验模型的相关研究。The hepatitis C is commonly caused by the HCV, which is widespread distributed in the world. Our country is a high popular area and hepatitis C is a severe disease to threaten human life for its chronicity. Recently, many studies on hepatitis C virus （HCV） have showed. Here we discussed the structure of HCV envelope protein E2 , and the correlated research of vaccine and experiment models.
