注射用五水头孢唑林钠致过敏性休克1例并相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨注射用五水头孢唑林钠与所出现的过敏性休克是否存在相关性。方法:采用计算机查阅中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中与注射用五水头孢唑林钠和头孢唑林钠有关的文献,并从国家药品不良反应监测中心数据库中检索我院的不良反应病例报告,以文献证据和临床证据进行评价及文献分析。结果:检索得到与注射用五水头孢唑林钠及头孢唑林钠有关的文献共549篇,其中有53篇文献符合要求,为用药后出现的不良反应病例报道。涉及注射用五水头孢唑林钠的不良反应较少,而头孢唑林钠的不良反应较多,主要是过敏反应。查阅我院不良反应病例报告,注射用五水头孢唑林钠共有19例,其中16例为皮疹瘙痒。结论:本病例出现过敏性休克与使用注射用五水头孢唑林钠之间可能存在较大的相关性。To investigate the relationship of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection with allergic shock. METHODS： Relevant literatures of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection and cefazolin sodium were referred to CNKI, and ADR reports occurred in our hospital were retrieved from from State Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center Database. The aller- gic shock induced by cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection was evaluated by documents and clinical evidences. RESULTS： 549 literatures about cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection and cefazolin sodium, among which 53 literatures were consistent with requirements. There were ADR reports after medication, mainly were allergic reaction. ADR reports were retrieved in our hospital, and 19 cases were induced by cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection, of which 16 cases were erythra and pruritus. CONCLUSION： Allergic shock happened in this case is most likely related to Cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection.
