摘  要:目的:提高基层医院中药饮片质量,保障用药安全。方法:结合基层医院中药饮片的现状,分析引起基层医院中药饮片质量较低的原因,并提出对策。结果:基层医院中药饮片质量控制存在的问题有从业人员技术力量薄弱、进货质量把关不严格、炮制不到位、仓储条件不达标、上级领导重视力度不够、管理不完善等。结论:基层医院应提高从业人员的道德和业务素质,加强进货、炮制、储存各个环节的监管力度,完善质量管理制度,保障用药安全、有效。To improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) decoction pieces, and to guarantee safety of drug use. METHODS : Based on the situation of TCM decoction pieces in primary hospital, the reasons for low quality of TCM decoction pieces were analyzed and countermeasures were put forward. RESULTS: The problems of quality control of TCM decoction pieces were weak technology, low quality of relevant purchase, inadequate processing, non-standard storage conditions, not enough attention and poor management. CONCLUSION: We should improve moral and technical quality of staff, strengthen the supervision of purchase, storage, processing and other aspects, improve quality control of TCM decoction pieces to ensure the safety of drug use.
