中医药治疗小儿癫痫的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:分析中医药治疗小儿癫痫的疗效。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验库、PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普资讯中文科技期刊数据库、清华同方数据库中国期刊全文数据库,手工检索相关中文期刊、相关会议记录及所获文献的参考文献。纳入以小儿癫痫患者为研究对象、中医药与西药治疗效果的随机对照试验,评价纳入研究的质量,采用Jadad量表记分法,运用RevMan 4.2.7软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入12个随机对照试验,共2 747例患者,Meta分析结果显示,中医药治疗小儿癫痫总体疗效优于西药。结论:显示中医药治疗小儿癫痫的疗效比西药更加有效的倾向。由于纳入试验方法质量低下和可能存在发表偏倚,使本系统评价的证据强度不足,有待进一步进行大样本、高质量的多中心随机双盲对照试验来证实。Objective： To analysis the efficacy of Chinese medicine on paediatric epilepsy.Methods： All randomized or quasi-randomized controlled trials of TCM on paediatric epilepsy were performed.All of the clinical trials were searched from the Cochrane Library,PubMed,CBM,VIP information Chinese science and technology periodical database,Tsinghua Tong Fang Chinese Journal Full-text database and the references of all included trials.Included in the study of pediatric patients with epilepsy,Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of randomized controlled trials to evaluate the quality of included studies.Points by Jadad scale evaluation of the quality of research into.Data statistical analyses were performed by RevMan4.2.7 software.Results： Eventually into the 12 randomized controlled trials,a total of 2747 cases of patients,Meta analysis revealed that Chinese medicine treatment of paediatric epilepsy in general more effective than Western medicine.Conclusion： The tendency showed that the overall effect of Chinese medicine treatment of paediatric epilepsy more effective than western medicine.However,the evidence is not strong enough because of some of the low-quality trials and publications bias.Rigorous designs,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trials of Traditional Chinese medicine for paediatric epilepsy are needed to further assess the effect.
