热敏灸治疗大龄儿童弱视的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨热敏灸治疗大龄儿童弱视的疗效。方法:近3年来门诊就诊且诊断为弱视的患儿,年龄8-14岁,经验光配镜后随机分为治疗组51例(67眼)和对照组45例(55眼)。对照组用红光闪烁、后像、光刷或光栅等西医传统综合治疗作为基础治疗;治疗组则在上述基础治疗上加热敏灸风池穴,共12d。结果:治疗组57眼获得疗效,总有效率为85.1%,对照组31眼有效,总有效率为56.4%,具有统计学显著性差异。两组轻、中度弱视疗效相同,但明显高于重度弱视的疗效;治疗组中心注视眼的疗效优于偏心注视眼。结论:热敏灸治疗大龄儿童弱视能取得较为满意的疗效。Objective： To explore efficacy of Heat-sensitive moxibustion for older children＇s amblyopia Methods： The children aged from 8 to 14 were diagnosed as amblyopia in Outpatient Department in recent 3 years,after optometric methods,they were divided into the treatment group which had 51 cases（67eyes） and the control group which had 45 cases（55 eyes） at random.The patients in the control group were treated synthetically with red light glitter,photogene,haidinger and CAM etc,the ones in the treatment group were treated with TCM heat-sensitive moxibustion to Fengchi acupoint on the basis of the above comprehensive treatment.Results： 57 eyes in the treatment group had curative effect,the total effective rate was 85.1%,31 eyes in the control group had curative effect,the total effective rate was 56.3%,which has notability meaning in statistics.In the treatment group,the efficacy of slight amblyopia and moderate amblyopia was almost the same,but obviously it was superior to the efficacy of severe amblyopia;the efficacy of central fixation was superior to paracentral fixation.Conclusion： Heat-sensitive moxibustion and western medicine comprehensive treatment for older children＇s amblyopia have achieved satisfactory efficacy.
