摘  要:目的:通过对大鼠皮肤组织形态学的观察,探讨促透剂和低频电磁复合脉冲刺激的促透机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为4组,即对照组、促透剂组、低频电磁复合脉冲组(仪器组)、促透剂+仪器组。将生理盐水均匀涂于对照组皮肤角质层,在促透剂组和促透剂+仪器组使用的生理盐水中均加入透皮促进剂氮酮和丙二醇,各为4%。将低频电磁复合脉冲仪的电极固定于仪器组和促透剂+仪器组的鼠皮表面。24h后取皮肤经相应处理分别在光镜和电镜下观察皮肤组织形态学的改变。结果:各组皮肤组织在光镜下观察结构基本完整,末发现有异常形态改变。在透射电镜观察下,施加仪器各组整组细胞排列不如促透剂组规则。经电流作用的皮肤,其角化层中有空隙,细胞连接不清晰,没有见到规则的桥粒排列。细胞膜和核膜不十分规则,核周有较大的核周隙存在。细胞质呈非均质状,其中有空泡存在。结论:外加低频复合脉冲电流,对给药部分皮肤的细胞排列、细胞形态和细胞之间的连接有一定的影响。Objective: Through the morphological observation on animal skin tissue,to explore and promote permeability agent and composite low-frequency electromagnetic pulses to stimulate the permeability-promoting mechanism.Methods: The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,the control group,promoting penetration agent group,low-requency electromagnetic pulse composite group(apparatus group),promoting penetration agent + Instrument Group.Apply evenly the saline to the stratum corneum of the control group,Permeability agent in promoting group and promote permeability agent + instruments used normal saline in both groups by adding penetration enhancers Azone and propylene glycol,each with 4%.The low-frequency electromagnetic pulse meter composite electrodes fixed on mouse skin surface of the equipment group and promote permeability agent + instrument group.Taking the skin 24 hours later after treatment respectively in the corresponding light and electron microscope observation of morphological changes in skin tissue.Results: Skin tissue of each group through the optical microscope observation is basic integrity,found no abnormal morphological changes of the structure.Through the TEM observation,cells arrange rules of each group to impose instruments are not as good as the simple treatment group.After the current role of the skin,there were gaps in the keratinized layer,the cell connection was not clear,chould not see the rules of desmosomes arranged.Cell membrane and nuclear membrane is not very rules,nuclear weeks have a greater presence of nuclear-week gap.Cytoplasm was non-homogeneous-like,including vacuoles exist.Conclusion: The compound plus low-frequency pulse current on the administration part of the skin cell arrangement,cell morphology and connections between cells have a certain impact.
