不同种类酒制牛膝对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较不同种类、不同乙醇含量酒炮制牛膝饮片对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:用皮下注射大剂量盐酸肾上腺素和冰水刺激制备急性血瘀模型,检测主要血液流变学指标。结果:牛膝各样品均能不同程度的改善急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标,总体上22%黄酒制品>16%黄酒制品>生品>56%白酒制品>蒸馏水制品。结论:酒制牛膝宜采用含醇量高于20%的黄酒,而不宜用白酒和低浓度的黄酒。Objective： To compare the effect of different Radix Acanthopanacis Bidentatae samples on blood rheology of model rats with acute blood stasis.Methods： Ice water stimulation method was used to make blood stasis model used to detect the main rheology indexes.Results： The different Radix Acanthopanacis Bidentatae samples were improved blood rheology indexes in different extent,but in total yellow rice wine（22%） – fried yellow rice wine（16%）-friedthe row（56%）white liquor-frieddistilled water-fried group.Conclusion： Radix Acanthopanacis Bidentatae being processed prefer to by the yellow rice wine which alcohol contents higher than 20%,not to by white wine liquor and low alcohol concentrations yellow rice wine.
