抗纤益心方对扩张型心肌病大鼠心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察抗纤益心方对扩张型心肌病(DCM)大鼠心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)表达的影响。方法:喂饲呋喃唑酮建立Wistar大鼠扩张型心肌病模型,随机分组后药物干预8周,免疫组化法检测心肌AngⅡ的表达。结果:各组AngⅡ表达的比较:中西药联用组、抗纤益心方大剂量组和卡托普利组与模型组比较,均明显下调AngⅡ的表达,免疫组化法检测上述3组与模型组平均光密度值(AOD)比较分别为(0.1820±0.0235)、(0.1827±0.0180)、(0.1833±0.0189)和(0.2324±0.0408),3组与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗纤益心方能够下调扩张型心肌病大鼠心肌AngⅡ的表达,这可能是其干预DCM心室重构的机制之一。Objective： To observe the effect of Kangxian Yixin prescription on expression of Angiotensin Ⅱ（Ang Ⅱ） in rats with dilated cardiomyopathy（DCM）.Methods： Wistar rats were fed furazolidone to establish dilated cardiomyopathy model,then were randomly grouped and with drug intervention for 8 weeks,immunohistochemical staining of the myocardial expression of Ang Ⅱ.Results： The comparison of the expression of Ang Ⅱ： the high dosage and captopril group,the high dosage group and the captopril group compared with the model group were significantly lower for Ang Ⅱ expression,detected by immunohistochemistry of the three model group,the average optical density（AOD） were compared：（0.1820 ± 0.0235）,（0.1827 ± 0.0180）、（0.1833 ± 0.0189） and（0.2324 ± 0.0408）,all P0.05.Conclusion： Kangxian Yixin Prescription can reduce the AngⅡ in myocardium of DCM rats,which may be one of the interferencemechanisms of ventricular remodeling with DCM.
