摘　　要：对建立航天试验测试发射组织指挥网络计划实时动态优化管理与决策支持系统的设计思想、设计方案及相关部件的基本功能做一简要的介绍。指出在复杂大系统工程项目计划中，利用网络计划技术进行动态优化管理与决策是工程项目计划管理与决策的一种有效途径。In this paper, we give a simple introduction to design thinking proposal and basic functions of interrelated components in building up management and decision support system, which is applied to real\|time dynamic optimization network schedule for the test and lauch project in aerospace experience. And it is considered a effective approach to apply dynamic optimization management and decision with network schedule technique in complex large system project schedule.
