摘 要:主要研究了往复式活塞隔膜泵动力端滑道磨损故障的动态特性。笔者借助于-接触二状态模型,对隔膜泵动力端的滑道磨损进行了动力学建模,并作了数值仿真,研究了不同磨损间隙时的动态特性,绘制了庞加莱截面图,并求取了系统最大李雅普诺夫指数。研究表明:当滑道磨损时,系统处于混沌状态,且随着磨损量的增加混沌程度增加,系统的动力学响应也有所增加,可以用最大李雅普诺夫指数进行滑道磨损程度的监控。The primary goal of this research is the dynamic properties of the wearing fault of a reciprocate membrane pump's slideway. According to the pump's wearing fault dynamic model deduced by the separation-contact force model, the relation between different wearing clearance and the system's dynamic response was investigated with numerical simulation. The Poincare sections and the maximum Lyapunov exponent(LE) of the system were al- so studied. The results indicate that the wearing fault system is in chaos, and that the system's responses and the chaos degree intensify while the abrasion clearance is increasing. The maximum LE can be used to monitor the wearing development. The rusults are useful for the fault dynamic analysis of a reciprocating machine.
