摘 要:介绍了TRIZ(theory of inventive problem solving)技术进化理论、技术进化模式与进化路线,通过对传动带结构发展的研究,归纳出曲面化、精简化、多维化、微观化4种进化模式及5条进化路线。分析了各条进化路线的进化潜力及发展方向,对传动带未来的结构状态进行了分析和预测,提出了复合曲面传动带、粗糙表面传动带等改进方案。The technology evolution theory of TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) and the patterns and paths of technology evolution are introduced. By the study of driving belt development, four evolution patterns (spheroidality, simplifying, multidimensional, microcosmic) and five evolution paths of the structure of a driving belt are studied and summarized. The evolution potential and development direction of each evolution path are ana- lyzed. The future structures of a driving belt are analyzed and forecasted, and the improvement schemes such as composite curved surface driving belt and coarse surface driving belt are proposed.
