摘  要:工程中叠加式溢流阀常发生阻尼孔堵塞、弹簧失效或断裂等故障,为实现液压系统故障的在线监测与诊断,需对叠加式溢流阀进行性能分析。对叠加式溢流阀的数学模型进行了分析,基于AMESim中的Hydraulic Component Design(HCD)库搭建了其仿真模型,通过比较试验与仿真启闭特性曲线验证了仿真模型的正确性,研究了各种故障对叠加式溢流阀性能特性的影响。Stack relief valves often occur a variety of failures in engineering,such as blocking of damping holes,losing efficacy and fracture of springs and so on.It's essential to study the performance of stack relief valve for implementing the monitoring and diagnosis on-line of the hydraulic system.Based on mathematical model of stack relief valve,the simulation model was built using hydraulic component design(HCD) library in AMESim.The model was verified by comparing the opening-closing character of experimental and simulation,study the effect of a variety of failures on the performance of the system.The simulation study identifies that the various failures cause different effects on the performance characteristics and it can be achieved to monitor and fault diagnosis on-line.
