摘　　要：目的优选暖心胶囊的提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验与正交试验。正交试验以提取液中人参皂苷Rg1与柚皮苷为指标,乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取次数和提取时间为考察因素,优选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:用6倍药材量的75%乙醇超声提取2次,每次25 min。结论该提取工艺条件稳定、可行。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Nuanxin capsule. Methods Single factor and the orthogonal test were used. The extraction technology of Nuan2dn capsule was optimized by adopting orthogonal test, with Ginsenoside Rgl and naringln of the extract as indexes, and the concentration of alcohol, the amount of solvent, the extraction times and time of extraction were observed. Results The optimal extraction process was as follows： 75% alcohol at an amount of 6-fold that of solid medicinal substance was added to the medicinal substance to be extracted twice, 25 min for each time. Conclusion The optimal extraction technology was stable and feasible.
