高效液相色谱法测定痔疮洗剂中盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀的含量

摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法对痔疮洗剂中盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀的含量进行测定,以控制本品的质量。方法采用Kromasil 100-5C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(50∶50,每100 mL含十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g)为流动相;检测波长:265 nm。结果盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀分别在0.02～1.0μg和0.017 2～0.861μg范围内线性关系良好。盐酸小檗碱的平均回收率为97.79%,盐酸巴马汀的平均回收率为99.22%。结论该法准确、稳定性好,可用于本品的质量控制。Objective To determine berberine hydrochloride and palmafine hydrochloride in Haemorrhoid Lotion by HPLC. Methods The Kromasil 100-5C18 （150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column was used. The mobile phases consisted of 0.1% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile （50 ： 50, containing 0.1% sodium dodecyl Sulfonate） and the detection wavelength was at 265 rim. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride was 0.02 - 1.0 μg and 0.017 2 - 0.861 μg respectively. The average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 97.79%, and RSD was 0.95%. The average recovery of palmatine hydrochloride was 99.22%, and RSD was 0.86%. Conclusion The simple, sensitive and reliable HPLC identification method was established. The method can be used for quality control of Haemorrhoid Lotion.
