摘  要:为使百合试管子球出瓶移栽后能较好地萌发,并筛选出适宜的培养基和培养条件,以东方百合系品种"Siberia"为试验材料,将0.2 g的百合试管子球接种在3种不同蔗糖质量浓度的培养基中,并在3种不同的温度条件下培养,以ρ(蔗糖)=6%的培养基25℃培养条件为对照,比较不同温度条件下不同蔗糖质量浓度培养基对百合试管子球质量的影响,结果表明:ρ(蔗糖)=2%培养基、15℃的培养条件能进一步促进百合试管子球膨大,田间定植60 d后萌芽率较高,为92.45%,与对照相比,试管子球中的可溶性糖含量升高而淀粉含量降低,说明15℃培养条件能一定程度打破休眠有利于萌芽。To improve the germination rate of lily tissue bulb and screen preferable culture media and condition,tissue bulbs of oriental lily cultivar "siberia" were inoculated into 3 different sugar concentration media and cultured at 3 different temperatures.The control was under the condition of 6% sugar concentration and 25 ℃.The result showed that the condition of 2% sugar concentration and 15 ℃ increased lily tissue bulb weight after culture for 60 days;the germination rate was 92.45% after planted for 60 days.The soluble sugar concentration of the lily tissue bulb increased and its starch concentration decreased compared with those of the control.It is presumed that the condition of 15 ℃ can break dormancy and promote germination.
