摘 要:为解决武器装备的作战效能评估问题,提出了基于打击力、机动力、信息力、防护力、保障力等五力的武器装备模糊综合评估模型,目的在于提供在作战模拟中,对武器装备的作战能力进行比较的算法基础。即从打击、机动、信息、防护、保障等5个方面来考虑武器装备性能,指标体系以及指标数值的分类范围,可以通过定性分析和适当的计算事先设定。然后采用隶属度函数聚类的方法检测性能指标值所属的类别,进而根据综合聚类的大小确定各类各对象的优劣,由此做出综合作战效能的合理判断。该模型反映了作战模拟中武器装备性能参数与作战能力的内在联系,是对武器装备的作战能力从定量出发到定性的评估。最后,以装甲车辆为例,得到求解方案。采用这种方法,可以得到在联合作战模拟中各种装备的作战效能综合评估结果。In order to solve the problems of evaluation of the capability of equipment in operational simulation. A fuzzy synthesis evaluation model on equipment based on five forces was given as the arithmetic basis on comparing the combat capability of armored car in operation simulation. That is from striking, defense, maneuver, information, guarantee to consider five aspects of equipment performance indicator system, as well as the classification of numerical indicators can be qualitative analysis and appropriate pre-calculated, and the use of membership function used to detect clustering performance index values belong to which category, which according to the size of general clustering to determine the merits and demerits of various types of the object, thus a comprehensive combat capability of reasonable judgments. The model reflects operation of equipment simulation performance parameters and operational capability of the internal contact is the combat capability of equipment starting from quantitative assessment to qualitative assessment. Finally, a example was given. Synthesis evaluation result of the capability of equipments in operational simulation can be received by this method.
