摘 要:在建立数字化场站效能评估指标体系的基础上,针对数字化场站效能评估这类多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于Vague集间相似度量的数字化场站效能评估方法。首先将专家评语集转换成相应的Vague集,其次将各指标的Vague值转换成相应的Fuzzy值,从而确定理想数字化场站效能的Vague值,通过对各场站到理想数字化场站Vague集之间相似度量值的计算,从而根据相似度量值的大小确定各场站综合效能的优劣排序。最后,结合案例说明了基于Vague集的数字化场站效能评估过程及其方法的有效性和优越性。The evaluation index system for the the efficiency evaluation of the Air Force Station, Air Force digitalized station is established, according to it belongs to the problem of multiple attribute decision making, the method based on similarity measure between Vague sets is presented to solve the efficiency evaluation problem.
