摘　　要：地面防空部署方案的评价是一个多属性决策问题。结合主观评价和客观评价,建立了地面防空部署方案的评价模型与优选算法。该方法既融入了指挥员的主观意见,又避免了各评价指标之间的比较、评分,使得部署方案的评价优选易于编程计算,快捷方便,具有较好的实用价值。It is a multiple attribute decision-making problem to evaluate operation disposition schemes of ground air-defense. Combining subjective evaluation and objective evaluation, an evaluating and selecting method of ground air-defense operation disposition schemes is provided. In this method, subjective information from commanders is used, the comparing and the evaluating between the attributes are avoided. With this method, to evaluate and select disposition schemes can be performed on computer easily and quickly. Hence, this method is very useful in practice.
