摘  要:由甲苯经溴化制得五溴甲苯,重点考察了催化剂掺杂质量比、催化剂的用量、原料配比、反应时间等工艺参数对合成产物的影响。实验结果表明,m(Bu2SnCl2)∶m(AlCl3)=1∶1作为复合催化剂,对合成五溴甲苯有着良好的催化活性,当m(复合催化剂)∶m(甲苯)=0.05,n(甲苯)∶n(溴)=1∶7.5,n(溶剂CCl4)∶n(甲苯)=0.60,温度115℃,反应6 h后,五溴甲苯可达96.8%。Pentabrominated toluene synthesized by toluene and bromine was studied.The effects of different factors,such as catalytic effect of catalyst,the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time,mass ratio of bromine/toluene etc.were investigated in detail.The results showed that it exhibited excellently catalytic activity for Bu 2SnCl 2 and AlCl 3 to be mixed mass ratio of 1∶1 as composite catalysts.When the dosage of catalyst was based on 5% of the mass of toluene,the mass ratio of bromine/toluene was 7.5∶1,the molar ratio of carbon tetrachloride/toluene was 0.60,the reaction temperature was 115 ℃,the reaction time was 6 h;under these conditions,the yield of pentabrominated toluene was 96.8%.
