摘　　要：以六偏磷酸钠和氟化钠为合成单氟磷酸钠的主要反应原料,根据助熔剂的性质,筛选出(NH4)2SO4为较佳助熔剂。采用单因素实验法考察了干燥温度、干燥时间、合成温度、合成时间、氟磷比、n[(NH4)2SO4]∶n[(NaPO3)6+NaF]对反应的影响。通过正交实验优选,确定了最佳工艺条件。According to nature of the fluxing agents,ammonium sulfate was chosen as better fluxing agent with sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium fluoride used for the major reacting materials.The influences of drying temperature,drying time,synthesis temperature,synthesis time,[（F）/（P）] and n [（NH 4） 2SO 4] ∶ n [（NaPO 3） 6＋NaF] on the synthesis of sodium monofluorophosphate were investigated by single factor experiment.The optimal process conditions were confirmed by selective preference of orthogonal test.
