摘  要:利用 V A 菌根化杉树苗进行了加酚水培和土培,试验结果表明, V A 菌根化杉树苗对邻香草醛,对羟基苯甲酸。In fir woodlands,the repeated planting fir always inhibited by certain phenolic compounds released from litter.In order to find the way for eliminating the harmful influence,two strains of AM fungi were used to inoculate the fir seedlings(Cunning hamia lanceolata)In fir woodlands,the repeated planting fir always inhibited by certain phenolic compounds released from litter.In order to find the way for eliminating the harmful influence,two strains of AM fungi were used to inoculate the fir seedlings(Cunning hamia lanceolata)In fir woodlands,the repeated planting fir always inhibited by certain phenolic compounds released from litter.In order to find the way for eliminating the harmful influence,two strains of AM fungi were used to inoculate the fir seedlings(Cunning hamia lanceolata)Cunning hamia lanceolata)in pot cultures.As the Mycorrhiza formed in fir roots,three kinds of phenolic compouds,P-Hydroxybenzoic acid,O-vanillin and Tranferulic acid were added.The growth of fir seedlings inoculated with AM fungi were better than uninoculated control.The dry weight of the plants inoculated with G.mosseae Z increase 27-80%,inoculated with G.mosseae W.increase 10-60% comparing to the control.
