摘 要:为了实现微波法测量煤炭水分,从理论上推导了微波经过物料后的相移与煤炭介电常数和质量厚度等参数的关系,建立了微波相移法测量煤炭水分的数学模型,通过测量煤炭的相移和质量厚度来计算煤炭水分。根据模型搭建实验平台进行了一系列的实验,得到微波相移法测量煤炭水分的标定曲线。对比微波法测量出的水分与烘干法测量的水分,两者差值的标准偏差小于1%,研究结果表明,该方法可以实际应用于煤炭水分检测。This paper deduces an expression for phase-shifts,mass thicknesses and moisture content,builds a mathematic model for the coal moisture content using the microwave phase-shift method,and computes the coal moisture content using the microwave phase-shift and mass thickness data.An experimental platform was established with a series of experiments being made using this model.The calibration curve of the coal moisture content was obtained using the microwave phase-shift method,with the moisture content compared with that by using the drying method.The standard deviation of the two methods' differences was less than 1%.The results show that the developed method can be used to measure the coal moisture content.
