杜仲含胶细胞的形态学研究

摘　　要：通过变性处理、整体透明及离析等方法的综合运用，可见杜仲体内含胶细胞是一种细长、两端膨大的单细胞，含胶细胞的分枝比较常见，大多为二叉状分枝，罕见三叉状分枝。整体透明后可见含胶细胞在叶片和果皮中的分布状况，同时对含胶细胞的形态学指标进行了测量。The morphological characteristics of gutta_containing cells in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.could be seen clearly by using denaturalization technique, whole clearing technique and dissociation method. The gutta_containing cell is a kind of long and thin cell with two inflated ends. The gutta_containing cell with ramification could be seen frequently. Most of them have two branches, and rarely three branches. The distribution of gutta_containing cells in leaf blade and pericarp could be seen after using whole clearing technique. At the same time, the morphological index of the cells was measured.
