摘　　要：针对广州珠江新城某超限高层住宅钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构设计进行探讨研究,介绍了该项目结构体系、工程超限情况及改进加强措施,并进行了整体结构分析、中震不屈服分析,以及PKPM静力弹塑性分析,计算结果表明结构在罕遇地震下处于延性阶段,结构抗震性能满足规范要求。In this paper,the research on one out-of-codes super high-rise RC shear wall structure building,which locates in Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town,is discussed.The structural system,the out-of-codes status and the strengthening measures are introduced,and the structural analysis,the un-yield analysis under intermediate earthquake and the pushove analysis by PKPM are also carried out.The results show that the structure is in ductile stage under rare earthquake,the seismic performance of the structure can satisfy the seismic fortification goal of the codes.
